The past conservative administrations did their job in building a preventative dam against that risk since Ronnie Reagan thru Bill Clinton to the excellent President ‘W’ that history will soon recognize as one of the best ever.

I tried suggesting what they did under due pressures by the ‘extended’ Wall Street lobby.

With the financial ‘deregulations’ they allowed WALL STREET to collect funds in the industrial world without imposing additional taxes by merely allowing banks to release larger credit to end-users both for purchasing homes and for purchase of consummation goods and services.

That huge amount of currency once collected was injected to feed industrial project financing in the larger third world Countries (India and China) that sold to the western end-users goods and services at low-cost.

This caused those third world Countries to enter among the consumers of western goods and know how by means of ‘delocalization’ of manufacturing processes-

The enormous amount of new consumers subverted the world demand of commodities (food and energy) and the related structure of prices.

The currency transferred in those Countries isn’t really a commodity since its value is only based upon the global concurrence to safeguard its value and its return on investment.

Neither China nor India could even dream of replacing the collected currency (mainly dollars, petrodollars and Eurodollars) with anything that could result a credible basis of their industrial growth.

Namely ‘credibility’ relies only upon the political stability behind the monetary issuing agencies. No better ‘political stability’ can be found in this bloody world beyond our western Countries.

Now what is requested is extend the ‘political stability’ of the western Countries in order to warrant the credibility of the huge world debit/credit reality already produced by the ‘financial deregulation’ started since the days when URSS disappeared from the number of the world leading Countries.

Since the Wall Street decisions have created the ongoing financial and political reality the western Countries together with the new currency depositors (India, China and oil-producers) shall define the profile of the new ‘Extended Wall Street’ where industrial decisions will be taken in the new age.

Only after this agreement will be defined (and only upon its long-term and transitional requirements) the new World Order could derive by modifying the existing obsolete institutions (NATO, UNO, WMF) to inaugurate thereby a ‘credible’ New Political Governance.

There isn’t any real ‘crisis’ hitherto, nor can any newly elected Obama modify this historical process. The socalled ‘crisis’ is only a ‘menace’ incumbent upon the industrial actors in any Country to solicit them adhering to the consolidation of the process. An intelligent ‘blackmail’ necessary to ‘convince’ labor to forget the old times ‘socialist welfare’ in order to accelerate the advent of a more globally profitable world economy.

They call this ‘globalization’ I merely recognize in it the ultimate triumph of our Western Civilization that will bring the American Dream to the third world rather than bringing their hungry citizens to America by the  inhuman, unbearable waves of immigration that would risk becoming true new types of Volkswanderungen.
